United States, Tribe, Water District Oppose Injunction To Protect Spotted Frog

(March 9, 2016, 10:46 AM EST) -- EUGENE, Ore. — The United States, a Native American tribe and five Oregon water districts on March 2 and March 4 filed oppositions to a preliminary injunction sought by two environmental groups to protect the Oregon spotted frog by court-ordered water management changes (Center for Biological Diversity, et al. v. U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, et al., No. 15-2358, D. Ore.).
