Georgia Clean Water Rule Plaintiffs Want Case Stayed Pending Jurisdiction Outcome

Mealey's (March 9, 2016, 7:21 AM EST) -- ATLANTA — Three plaintiffs on March 1 asked a Georgia federal district court to continue its stay of a Clean Water Rule challenge, saying a jurisdictional ruling by the Sixth Circuit U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals is tenuous and could be reversed (Southeastern Legal Foundation, Inc., et al. v. United States Environmental Protection Agency, et al., No. 15-2488, N.D. Ga., Atlanta Div.).
