Company Says It Did Not Waive Its Right To Proceeds Under Life Insurance Policy

(March 8, 2016, 5:21 PM EST) -- CHICAGO — A company seeking proceeds under a key-man life insurance policy filed an appeals brief Jan. 19 in the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, urging the court to reverse a District Court’s finding that the company waived its right to any proceeds under the life insurance policy at issue (Samaron Corp., d/b/a Troyer Products v. United of Omaha Life Insurance Co., No. 15-3446, 7th Cir.).
