United States Moves To Dissolve 1st Injunction Against Clean Water Act

(March 7, 2016, 3:17 PM EST) -- FARGO, N.D. — The United States on March 3 asked the first court to issue a preliminary injunction against the Clean Water Rule to dissolve the injunction and dismiss the case now that a Feb. 22 ruling by the Sixth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has vested that court with jurisdiction over all Clean Water Rule cases (State of North Dakota, et al. v. United States Environmental Protection Agency, et al., No. 15-59, D. N.D.).
