Wisconsin Federal Judge Gives Final Approval To Subway Footlong Settlement

(March 7, 2016, 12:28 PM EST) -- MILWAUKEE — A Wisconsin federal judge on Feb. 25 granted final approval of a $525,000 settlement in a multidistrict litigation against the franchisor of Subway restaurants over the actual length of the chain’s “Footlong” submarine sandwiches (In re: Subway Footlong Sandwich Marketing and Sales Practices Litigation, No. 13-02439, E.D. Wis.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 24962).
