NHL Seeks To Compel Medical Examinations Of Former Players

Mealey's (March 3, 2016, 1:43 PM EST) -- MINNEAPOLIS—The National Hockey League (NHL) on Feb. 29 sought to compel medical examinations of former professional hockey players involved in the concussion injury multidistrict litigation within the next 60 days, saying that it is entitled to confirm the existence of their alleged symptoms (In re: National Hockey League Players Concussion Injury Litigation, MDL No. 14-2551, D. Minn.).
