Judge Says Arbitration Dispute Is In The Wrong Court

(March 3, 2016, 9:36 AM EST) -- JACKSON, Tenn. — A federal judge in Tennessee on Feb. 2 dismissed an arbitration dispute between a Tennessee corporation and a reinsurer based in the British Virgin Islands, holding that Tennessee was the wrong place to hear the dispute (Milan Express Company, Inc. v. Applied Underwriters Captive Risk Assurance Company, Inc., No. 13-cv-01069, W.D. Tenn.).
