Florida Federal Judge Denies Arbitration In Trademark Case

(March 2, 2016, 1:30 PM EST) -- MIAMI — A Florida federal judge on Feb. 18 denied the defendants’ motion to stay and compel arbitration in a suit alleging trademark infringement in violation of a franchise agreement (Jewelry Repair Enterprises Inc. v. Son Le Enterprises Inc., et al., No. 9:15-cv-81622, S.D. Fla.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 21283).
