After 6 Years, HPV Vaccine Death Claim Dismissed For Lack Of Evidence

(March 2, 2016, 1:29 PM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A federal vaccine special master on Feb. 3 dismissed the petition of parents who claim that their daughter died as a result of the human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine after finding that they failed to prove causation (Zenoria Phillips Deloatch, et al. v. Secretary of Health and Human Services, No. 09-171, Fed. Clms., Off. Spec. Masters).
