7th Circuit Says Confusion Unlikely Between Dairy, Fishing Tackle Companies

(March 2, 2016, 12:16 PM EST) -- CHICAGO — Competing allegations that the “Land O’ Lakes” trademark was infringed were “rightly dismissed,” according to a March 1 ruling by the Seventh Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals (James Hugunin, et al. v. Land O’ Lakes Inc., No. 15-2815, 7th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 3779).
