(March 2, 2016, 11:12 AM EST) -- PHILADELPHIA — A plaintiff on Feb. 22 asked the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas to consolidate 31 testosterone replacement therapy product liability cases into the court’s mass torts program (Robert F.
