Judgment Valid Against Water Filtration Defendants In Fracking Contract Dispute
(March 1, 2016, 3:23 PM EST) -- CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Wyoming Supreme Court on Feb. 24 affirmed a lower court ruling and held that two companies seeking judgment against a hydraulic fracturing water filtration organization and its affiliates were properly allowed to amend their complaint and the default judgment against the filtration companies was valid (CSC Group Holdings LLC v. Automation & Electronics Inc., No. S-15-0146, and Cate Street Capital Inc. v. Automation & Electronics Inc., No. S-15-0173, Wyo. Sup.; 2016 Wyo. LEXIS 27).
