Federal Judge Upholds Plaintiff’s Late Addition Of Asbestos Defendants

(March 1, 2016, 1:14 PM EST) -- NEW ORLEANS — The difficulties inherent in identifying exposures in an asbestos case warranted allowing the addition of defendants two months after the deadline for amended pleadings, a federal judge in Louisiana held Feb. 26 (Patsy S. Boyd, et al. v. Boeing Co., et al., No. 15-25, E.D. La.).
