Invokana Kidney Failure Case Dismissed For Inadequate Pleading

(February 29, 2016, 5:56 PM EST) -- NEW ORLEANS — A Louisiana federal judge on Feb. 17 dismissed an Invokana kidney injury lawsuit, finding that the plaintiff failed to adequate plead her claims (Gloria Guidry v. Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., et al., No. 15-4591, E.D. La.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 18966).
