California Appeals Reverses Rejection Of Expert’s Insulation-Content Opinion

(February 29, 2016, 1:32 PM EST) -- SAN FRANCISCO — Eyewitness testimony and personal experience sufficiently support an expert’s conclusion that there was “no doubt” insulation at a facility contained asbestos, a California appeals court held Feb. 18 in reversing (Betty O’Leary v. Dillingham Construction N.A. Inc., No. A142848, Calif. App., 1st Dist.).
