Mealey's (March 1, 2016, 1:56 PM EST) -- NEW ORLEANS — A Louisiana jury on Feb. 4 awarded a living mesothelioma sufferer $5,527,772.85, concluding that two defendants’ negligence substantially contributed to the man’s disease but finding no exposure from CBS Corp.’s micarta wall board product (Reginald Jones v. American Employers Insurance Co., et al., No. 2014-06711, La. Dist., Parish of Orleans).
