California Judge Issues Discovery Order In McDonald’s Lawsuit
Mealey's (February 26, 2016, 2:32 PM EST) -- SAN FRANCISCO — A California federal magistrate judge on Feb. 25 ordered the defendants in a wage and hour putative class action against McDonald’s Corp. and franchisees to produce discovery materials, set a discovery schedule and instructed plaintiff counsel on how to obtain information on potential class members (Guadalupe Salazar, et al. v. McDonald’s Corp., et al., No. 14-cv-02096, N.D. Calif.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 23293).
