Mealey's (February 25, 2016, 2:30 PM EST) -- NEW YORK — A day after being ordered by a New York federal judge to certify that her attorneys are complying his order on ex parte communications with treating physicians, the plaintiff cited by defendant Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceutical Inc. moved to voluntarily dismiss her Mirena intrauterine device (IUD) case with prejudice (In Re: Mirena IUD Products Liability Litigation, MDL Docket No. 2434, Julie Cantor Miller, et al. v. Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals, Inc., et al., No 13-1168, S.D. N.Y.).
