Federal Claims Judge Affirms Denial Of Claim That Vaccines Caused Disorder

(February 25, 2016, 10:56 AM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — A Federal Claims Court judge on Feb. 12 judge affirmed denial of a vaccine compensation petition alleging that a child developed mitochondrial encephalomyopathy from influenza vaccines when he was 2 years old (R.K., on behalf of A.K., et al. v.
