10th Circuit To Decide If Insureds’ Roof Collapse Was Caused By Excluded Event

(February 24, 2016, 10:39 AM EST) -- DENVER — The 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals heard arguments on Jan. 19 from insureds who argued that a partial roof collapse is covered because it was caused by snow and ice but whose insurer said that the cause was wear and tear, which is excluded (Eugene Gallegos and Diane Gallegos v.
