Federal Judge Stays Maryland Franchise Law Claims

Mealey's (February 23, 2016, 3:37 PM EST) -- GREENBELT, Md. — A Maryland federal judge on Feb. 19 stayed claims filed by two franchisees against Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants Inc. pending arbitration (Justin Trouard, et al. v. Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants Inc., No. 14-1703, Chorley Enterprises Inc., et al. v. Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants Inc., No. 14-1650, D. Md., Southern Div.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 20134).
