4th Circuit Upholds Dismissal Of Perdue Maryland Lawsuit

Mealey's (February 23, 2016, 3:04 PM EST) -- RICHMOND, Va. — The Fourth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Feb. 19 affirmed a Maryland federal court‘s dismissal of Perdue Foods LLC’s breach of contract action against BRF S.A. for lack of personal jurisdiction (Perdue Foods LLC v. BRF S.A., No. 14-2120, 4th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 2870).
