10th Circuit Affirms Summary Judgment In Bone Nail Case For Lack Of Evidence

(February 23, 2016, 1:32 PM EST) -- DENVER — A panel of the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Feb. 19 affirmed summary judgment in an orthopedic nail case, agreeing that the plaintiff did not show that the nail failed and caused him further injury (Wallace Tolman, et al. v. Stryker Corporation, No. 15-8044, 10th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 2988).
