More Plaintiffs Ask Top Court For Review Of ACA Accommodation

(February 23, 2016, 1:01 PM EST) -- SOUTH BEND, Ind. — The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) accommodation process violates the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA), and the Supreme Court should grant a petition for review to ensure equal treatment of all such challenges, plaintiffs told the court Feb. 4 (Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend Inc., et al. v. Sylvia M. Burwell, et al., No. 15-1003, U.S. Sup.; 2016 U.S. S. Ct. Briefs LEXIS 574).
