Texas Panel Affirms Summary Judgment In ATV Crash Case

Mealey's (February 23, 2016, 8:41 AM EST) -- DALLAS — An appellate panel in Texas on Feb. 10 found that a trial court did not err in granting summary judgment in a case where a woman’s daughter was injured while riding an all-terrain vehicle because there was not enough evidence to support the woman’s claims (Charla Logsdon, as next friend of Jordan Logsdon v. Freddie Cross and Eva Cross, No. 05-14-01328-CV, Texas. App., 5th Dist.; 2016 Tex. App. LEXIS 1351).
