Mississippi Court Finds No Evidence Showing Property Owners Caused Woman's Fall

(February 22, 2016, 3:46 PM EST) -- JACKSON, Miss. — In a majority ruling, a Mississippi appeals court on Feb. 16 affirmed a trial court's decision to grant summary judgment for property owners, finding no evidence that they failed to maintain their property or that their dog was aggressive (Jeanette B. Ringo v. Lela Wilson, et al., No. 2014-CA-01313, Miss. App.; 2016 Miss. App. LEXIS 85).
