Judge: 3 Groups Can’t Intervene In Ohio/Michigan/Tennessee Clean Water Rule Case
(February 19, 2016, 3:28 PM EST) -- COLUMBUS, Ohio — An Ohio federal judge on Feb. 8 denied motions by three groups to intervene in a Clean Water Rule case, saying their interests are adequately represented by the current litigants (The State of Ohio, et al. v. United States Environmental Protection Agency, et al., No. 15-2467, S.D. Ohio, Eastern Div.).
