Judge Dismisses State Farm’s Fraudulent Billing Suit, Allows Amended Complaint

Mealey's (February 19, 2016, 12:10 PM EST) -- PHILADELPHIA — A federal judge in Pennsylvania on Feb. 17 dismissed without prejudice a lawsuit brought by State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. and State Farm Fire and Casualty Insurance Co.
