Parties’ Suggested Equitable Remedies In Rural/Town Water Dispute Polar Opposites

Mealey's (June 17, 2015, 12:59 PM EDT) -- OKLAHOMA CITY — Parties in a rural/urban water service lawsuit on Jan. 20 presented a federal court with opposing recommendations for equitable relief, with the successful party suggesting a turnover of 192 customers and attending water lines and facilities while the losing party suggests no relief beyond the $1.2 million awarded by a jury in November (Rural Water, Sewer and Solid Waste Management District No. 1, Logan County, et al. v.
