Shkreli, Greebel Oppose Government’s Motion To Stay Proceedings In SEC Action
(February 19, 2016, 11:04 AM EST) -- BROOKLYN, N.Y. — Defendants in a securities fraud lawsuit brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission on Feb. 11 filed oppositions to the U.S. government’s motion to intervene in the action, asking that a federal district court in New York instead adopt a limited plan for discovery (Securities and Exchange Commission v. Martin Shkreli, et al., No. 15-7175, E.D. N.Y.).
