(566 U.S.,132 S.Ct., 182 L.E.2d 321 [2012]) and Alice Corp. Ptd. Ltd. v. CLS Bank Intern. (573 U.S., 134 S.Ct. 2347, 89 L.Ed.2d 296 [2014]) by not identifying any abstract idea, a patent owner argues to the U.S. Supreme Court in a Jan. 11 petition (Joao Bock Transaction Systems, LLC v. Jack Henry & Associates, Inc., No. 15-974, U.S. Sup.).
