Mealey's (February 19, 2016, 3:16 PM EST) -- TROY, Mich. — A trial court properly granted summary judgment on behalf of power and telephone companies accused of creating an unsafe condition by allowing a utility pole to be placed near a tree, the Michigan Court of Appeals affirmed Feb. 16 (Jennifer L.
