Parties To $2 Million Reinsurance Dispute File Stipulation Of Dismissal

(February 19, 2016, 9:38 AM EST) -- CONCORD, N.H. — Parties to a $2 million reinsurance dispute told a federal court in New Hampshire on Feb. 16 that they are ending their case (TIG Insurance Company v. EIFlow Insurance Limited, No. 14-cv-00459, D. N.H.).

TIG Insurance Co., successor by merger to International Insurance Co., sued EIFlow Insurance Ltd. on Oct. 17, 2014, in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. TIG brought a claim of breach of contract.
