(February 18, 2016, 4:45 PM EST) -- LONDON — After finding that the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela waived its right to rely on state immunity, an English court on Feb. 2 dismissed its application to set aside an order granting a Canadian mining company leave to enforce an international arbitration award (Gold Reserve Inc. v.
