(February 18, 2016, 12:09 PM EST) -- MINNEAPOLIS — An insurer and its insured should proceed to appraisal because fact questions exist regarding the amount of loss and the cause of the loss sustained to buildings governed by a condominium association, a Minnesota federal judge ruled Feb. 16 (Condominiums of Shenandoah Place v. Secura Insurance, No. 15-165, D. Minn.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 18608).
