Reinsurance Premium Recovery Company Says Removal Of $22M Dispute Is Improper
(February 18, 2016, 10:41 AM EST) -- PHILADELPHIA — A reinsurance premium overpayment recovery company that says it is owed more than $22 million tells a federal court in Pennsylvania in a Feb. 12 brief that its joinder of a reinsurance broker’s employee is proper and the federal court does not hold diversity jurisdiction over the parties’ dispute (Boomerang Recoveries, LLC v. Guy Carpenter & Company LLC, et al., No. 16-cv-00222, E.D. Pa.).
