Kohl’s Fails To Have Claims Alleging False Sales Prices Dismissed
(February 18, 2016, 9:07 AM EST) -- MILWAUKEE — A Wisconsin federal judge on Feb. 8 denied a retail chain’s motion to dismiss a proposed class complaint brought by a California consumer in which he accuses the retailer of misleading consumers by using false “original” prices when advertising sales (Victor Le, et al. v. Kohls Department Stores, Inc., et al., No. 15-1171, E.D. Wis.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 14999).
