Remaining Qui Tam Claims Alleging Influence Peddling By Solvay Are Dismissed

(February 17, 2016, 11:36 AM EST) -- HOUSTON — A Texas federal judge on Feb. 8 granted summary judgment on the remaining claims in a case alleging that the former Solvay S.A. drug company sought to influence state drug committees to put the drugs Aceon, AndroGel and Luvox on their formularies (United States of America, ex rel. John King, et al. v. Solvay S.A., et al., No. 06-2662, S.D. Texas, Houston Div.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 14804).
