Bankruptcy Judge Approves 2 Settlements For Reichhold Contaminated Sites

(February 16, 2016, 2:59 PM EST) -- WILMINGTON, Del. — A Delaware federal bankruptcy judge on Feb. 4 approved two settlements resolving environmental claims against Chapter 11 debtor Reichhold Holdings US Inc. — one in which U.S. agencies will have $20.7 million in general unsecured claims and another under which a $725,000 trust will be established to manage remediation of a polluted site in Mississippi (In re: Reichhold Holdings US, Inc., et al., No. 14-12237, D. Del. Bkcy.).
