Judge Affirms Some Attorney Fees In ACA Challenge

(February 16, 2016, 1:33 PM EST) -- MINNEAPOLIS — A federal judge in Minnesota on Feb. 3 approved $78,420 in attorney fees related to a “diligent” Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) challenge but denied a second firm’s request as insufficiently supported (Rev. Mr. [Deacon] Gregory E. Hall and American MFG Co. v. Kathleen Sebelius, et al., No. 13-295, D. Minn.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 13357).
