Judge Remands Asbestos Case Over Premise Owner’s Objections

(February 16, 2016, 1:31 PM EST) -- BATON ROUGE, La. — Evidence of a premise owner’s conduct during government ownership of a building does not warrant keeping an asbestos case in federal court, a judge held Feb. 2 in remanding the action to Louisiana state court (Joseph David Weis III, et al. v. DSM Copolymer Inc, et al., No. 15-488-JJB-RLB, M.D. La.).
