Mealey's (February 16, 2016, 11:58 AM EST) -- FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — A Florida judge on Jan. 25 declared a mistrial in a tobacco case after the jury was unable to come to a unanimous verdict (Mary Howles v. Philip Morris USA, Inc., et al., No. CACE07-34919, Fla. Cir., 17th Jud. Cir., Broward Co.).
