(February 16, 2016, 8:21 AM EST) -- SAN FRANCISCO — Coin Inc. made more than $19 million in advance sales via a crowdfunding campaign for a technology device that it knew was defective, two funders allege in a class complaint filed against the company Feb. 2 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California (Richard Kelly, et al. v. Coin, Inc., et al., No. 16-567, N.D. Calif.).
