7-Eleven Motion For Preliminary Injunction Denied In New Jersey

Mealey's (February 11, 2016, 2:56 PM EST) -- TRENTON, N.J. — A New Jersey federal judge on Feb. 9 denied an application for a preliminary injunction filed by 7-Eleven Inc. seeking to enjoin three defendants from occupying and operating five 7-Eleven stores because of alleged “incurable” breaches of their franchise agreements (7-Eleven Inc. v. Karamjeet Sodhi, et al., No. 3:13cv3715, D. N.J.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 15733).
