Mealey's (February 11, 2016, 2:01 PM EST) -- CHARLESTON, W. Va. — A West Virginia judge presiding over the Boston Scientific Corp. multidistrict litigation on Feb. 5 dismissed the manufacturer of the mesh used in the device for lack of personal jurisdiction (Kimberly Sarver v. Johnson & Johnson, et al., No. 14-19968, S.D. W.Va., Charleston Div.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 13990).
