Wisconsin Federal Judge Affirms Man’s Guilty Plea Involving Unapproved Drug

(February 11, 2016, 1:52 PM EST) -- MILWAUKEE — A Wisconsin federal judge on Feb.3 affirmed the conviction of a man for selling an unapproved drug, rejecting his pro se claims that his product couldn’t be approved as a drug because it wasn’t patented and it is a food (United States of America v. Conrad E. LeBeau, No. 10-cr-253, E.D. Wis.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 13612).
