D.C. Circuit: DHL Violated NLRA By Barring Distribution Of Union Literature
(February 11, 2016, 10:35 AM EST) -- WASHINGTON, D.C. — An employer violated the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) when it stopped off-duty workers from distributing union literature on three separate occasions, the District of Columbia Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Jan. 21 enforcing a decision by the National Labor Relations Board (DHL Express, Inc. v. National Labor Relations Board, No. 12-1072, D.C. Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 1006).
