10th Circuit Reinstates Teacher’s Hostile Work Environment Claim
(February 11, 2016, 7:54 AM EST) -- DENVER — A teacher who alleges that she was subjected to national origin discrimination may proceed with her hostile work environment claim, but she failed to provide sufficient evidence to reinstate her retaliation claims, the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals ruled Jan. 29, partially reversing a trial court’s decision (Zeynep Unal v. Los Alamos Public Schools, et al., No. 15-2055, 10th Cir.; 2016 U.S. App. LEXIS 1480).
