Federal Judge Remands Fuel-Payment Dispute To Oklahoma State Court

Mealey's (February 10, 2016, 3:44 PM EST) -- TULSA, Okla. — An Oklahoma federal judge on Feb. 9 remanded to state court a dispute between a franchisor and franchisee over a fuel-marketing agreement, finding that her court lacked subject matter jurisdiction (AVP Metro Petroleum LLC v. Morad Sepahvand d/b/a Moe’s Mart, No. 14-CV-0616, N.D. Okla.; 2016 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 15543).
