Plaintiff Attorneys’ Appeal Of Thalidomide Case Sanction Ruled Premature

(February 10, 2016, 2:17 PM EST) -- PHILADELPHIA — The Third Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals on Feb. 9 dismissed a plaintiff law firm’s appeal of a $145,000 sanction, agreeing with the defendant that the appeal is premature (Glenda Johnson, et al. v. Smithkline Beecham Corporation, et al., No. 15-3364, 3rd Cir.).
